Why, during the partial restoration, was it permitted to use aluminium billboards which contrast to those already in use? Why does it not control the terrace gardens transformed destructively into vegetable gardens which are continually watered during the summer, depriving the inhabitants of the water and moreover creating damage to the construction! The area should be placed in guardianship and saved for the benefit of all, as we should try to maintain  our heritage intact in order to be able to hand down to our children the richness and beauty of the historical and cultural San Mango Cilento. The tradition recalls an ancient provincial feast and invites the residents and tourists of the whole of Cilento to take part in the folklore, musical and harmonious manifestations and the local games reminding us of the ancient rivalry between the populations of the district. Magic moments for everyone. Santa Rosalia reconciles and inspires the guests and the ordinary souls of the place for the duration of the feast (10 days). I hope that the prayers offered to the Saint will maintain the people faithful to their duty in office and that San Mango Cilento will be able to tell its story in the future too.
